The mehndi, haldi or maiyan, the sangeet, the ceremony itself, whether that's a Hindu wedding, a Sikh Anand Karaj at the gurdwara or a nikah, and then the reception: each part has its own rhythm, rituals and people who matter. We photograph and film them as one story, planning every event with you and your family beforehand so we're in the right place for the moments that count.
Photography and film, one team
Asian weddings are best covered with photography and film together. One coordinated team means the photographer and filmmaker work around each other through the busiest moments, like the baraat arriving, the pheras or laavan, and the doli or rukhsati. You get colour-rich photographs and a cinematic film with the music, speeches and dancing intact.
We plan family group photos in advance so they move quickly, even with a large guest list, and nobody important is missed.
