Rowton Castle is a 17th-century castle just outside Shrewsbury, set in around 17 acres of grounds with walled gardens, woodland walks, lawns and a rose walk. Weddings are exclusive use, so the castle and grounds are yours for the day.
About Rowton Castle as a wedding venue
The castle is licensed for civil ceremonies in several rooms, from very intimate spaces to its largest room, and couples can also marry outdoors in the gardens. Wedding breakfasts are held in the Cardeston Suite, or you can keep things relaxed with a garden party on the lawns. The castle has bedrooms for guests staying over.
